All General CRRC Field Rules Apply
- During reserved times, the club enjoys exclusive use of the field.
- Please be polite in asking other users to relocate their activity such that it won't interfere - the field should be big enough to share in most cases.
- Outside of club scheduled hours, the field is general-use shared space unless reserved for organized sports or other users. CRRC members are asked to please operate under AMA & Club rules at all times, and be cooperative with other users.
- No IC powered aircraft. Electric power only.
- No flying over the streets (School Street or Route 2), or houses (south of the field).
- No take-offs or landings on School Street, operate from the grass field only
- Be aware of relatively low-flying full-scale air traffic to Hanscom field roughly six miles east.
- When wind conditions or other causes make the standard layout impossible, the pilots should discuss and agree on an alternative layout. Arriving pilots need to be informed of the changes.
- No flying if the fields are being used for organized sports. During field maintenance, no flying without prior consent from workers on the field. Outside of official sport of other reserved activity, maintain a minimum 25' horizontal distance from people using the field for other purposes than model aircraft operations.
