Lightening Foam Wings

Back in my control-line combat days it used to be the thing to do to cut both ends out of a food can, squash it slightly into an oval, heat it on the stove, then use it to cut oval holes in the wing between spar and TE.

A lot easier than using a hotwire and templates, and the oval holes prevent stress risers.
