| Home > Getting Started There are many kinds of radio controlled models, and lots of information on how to get started. The Getting Started part of our site is a combination of successful approaches we've used to help newcomers get into the air and links to other sites on the Internet with useful information. The CRRC Links area has some good information for beginners - our Learn about RC page has links to many good FAQ (frequently asked questions) documents and information sites devoted to getting started with radio controlled models. You may also want to peruse the Info & How-To pages for more advanced information. There is plenty more in the rest of the Links area when you are ready. Please remember - you are welcome to come to our club meetings, whether or not you've joined as a member yet! If you come to our next meeting you'll get a chance to meet about 30 or so of our club members, and see a bunch of interesting projects that people bring in for the "show and tell".
